Q: How do I become a Club Member?
Click on the Log In button on the top right hand corner of the site and you will be prompted to register if you are not already a member.
Alternatively you can click here to be taken directly to the page: http://www.take5mag.com.au/registration/.
Please ensure you complete all details.
Choose an easy to remember password and make a note of it somewhere safe.
Once you have entered in all your details and submitted the form, your Take 5 account will be active.
You will then be able to Log In using your email address together with the password that you used when submitting your registration.
If your browser has a pop-up offering the chance to save your log in details, we strongly advise you do so.
Q: How do I Log In?
Once you have registered, you will need to Log In when you want to access the Club and enter competitions.
Click on the Log In button on the top right hand corner of the site and fill in your email address and password that you used when registering. (If you have requested your browser has saved these details then your password will automatically appear once you have typed in your email address).
Once your email address and password are in the correct fields click on Log In
Q: I can’t seem to Log In using the Log In button. What do I do?
Occasionally you may experience a glitch which is usually due to the browser. As a shortcut around this, please click on the “Coupons Tab” and you will be prompted to Log In in the usual way.
You will need your email address and password that you used to register.
Q: I can’t remember my password. What do I do?
Click on “Forgot Email/Password” that appears under Log In details.
You will be prompted to enter your email address. Please type in your email address (the one you originally used when registering).
You will receive an email (at the address provided) asking you to click on the link provided.
Once you clicked on the link you will be asked to type in a new password. (Ignore the text in the box provided as this is an example only). Choose a memorable but strong password and click.
You will then receive notification that your password has been reset and will be able to log in using your new password.
Q: How do I enter the competitions?
It does depend on the competition and each competition will have clear entry instructions outlined.
- For the puzzle book competition, coupons can be posted to the address printed in the magazine OR submit the on-line coupon which can be found in “Coupon” on the tab bar, found on each page of www.take5mag.com.au. To enter the on-line coupon you must be a Club Member. Each Club Member can submit one on-line entry per Issue. Please ensure you complete all the puzzles you wish to enter before you submit your on-line entry, as you will not be able to access the form once you have clicked on Submit. Be sure to hold on to your receipt or magazine as proof of purchase, as this will be required to redeem all prizes over $250. You have 22 days to enter each Issue, which is the same for postal and on-line entries. All entries have a fair and equal chance of winning.

Q: If I post my entry, can I still enter online?
Yes, if you have registered as a Club Member you can enter one on-line entry per Issue as well as mailing in your magazine coupon.

Your membership number is clearly displayed in the top right hand corner once you have logged in. Please follow the instructions above, however if you are still having issues simply email: email@example.com and we will be able to help.

Q: Who do I contact if I haven’t received payment for a story or editorial submission?
You will receive your payment for a submission within six weeks of it appearing in the magazine. Payment will be in the form of a cheque. If it has been more than six weeks since your submission was published, please email email@example.com or call (02) 9282 8089.
Q: Who do I contact if I have won a prize and haven’t received it yet?
